People always try to make you feel like there’s something wrong with you when you’re a sensitive soul.

They paint you out to be weak, timid, or something to be looked down upon; pitied. They couldn’t be further from the truth.

It takes a lot of strength and courage to face or express emotions that most would instinctively ignore or refuse to acknowledge.

It takes a lot of compassion and heart to be moved by someone else’s story and to understand the pain they feel. 

Continue to wear your heart on your sleeve.

It’s better to feel too much than to build walls and not feel at all.
